We are chartered surveyors and are independent of designers, constructors and property agents. We are fortunate to act for loyal clients - our work comes from repeat business and recommendations.

Stuart established his own firm in 2006 having spent five years as a director of Savills Commercial where he was responsible for professional services within the building consultancy department.
Prior to this he spent many years at Watts and Partners where he was an equity partner, member of the firm's management board and lead partner for commercial building surveying.
Stuart is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and member of the Association for Project Management.
Stuart won the Building Magazine award for his BSc and was finalist in the Young Achiever of the Year Award. He is an Alumni of the month, June 2012 alumnus, London South Bank University. Stuart has delivered award winning projects, which have achieved the Stirling Prize and BCI Major Project of the Year Award, amongst others.
