Stuart's calm, professionalism and technical expertise have been vital contributions to the redevelopment of the University Arms Hotel. From the outset of this project, Stuart has guided, advised (and cajoled when necessary) a multi-disciplinary team; creating close relationships with all of the central parties. His kindness, thoroughness and attention to detail have been crucial ingridents in a large and complex development, not without its challenges; and we are most grateful to him for all that he has, and continues to do, for us at the University Arms.
